Appointment booking & insurance coverage was verified smoothly. Didn't have to wait long. You just need to fill out a 3 page patient information which took about 5 mins, and you'd be called in for the tests you opted for & wait for the doctor. All tests were patiently taken & questions were very well explained by Doctor Julie!

Had an AMAZING experience with Dr Julie and the fellow staff. I came in feeling like this was an appointment however the experience they gave me I felt like a family member coming in to say hi. There is a precious dog there and it has a contagious cuteness smile to it so if you are a dog lover, I would highly forewarn you. 😂🫶🏻. The dog is Boba and occasionally has outfits on. I got my glasses in a timely manner. Vision is superb. I am to make better line calls in my pickleball recreational games along with safely driving at night. If I could rate this place 10 out of 5 stars I would.

I had my first appointment yesterday and the experience was outstanding. I was treated with great attention, professionalism, and respect. The doctor is incredibly professional and genuinely sweet in the way she interacts, which made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was clear and handled with care. It's been awhile for me in getting Optometry care, and I'm glad that I choose this facility to start. The receptionist were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering my questions. They made the process very seamless. Dr. Julie Ngo did an amazing job in explaining my eye health, and made me very comfortable in the know-how in preventative care. I am definitely coming back, and I would recommend this place 100 times over. Even if you're shopping around, definitely stop by and ask the questions you need. Someone will definitely help you. I went here for the first time last Saturday because my glasses broke and I wanted to get some new ones ASAP. All the personnel there were extremely nice. Dr. Ngo is extremely knowledgeable and experienced so she was able to give me some specific advice on the glasses as well as other things related to my eyes. She will be my new doctor for glasses from now on.
